Vietnam farm products to come to Rungis Market (France) in June

Leaders of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development together with Association of Vietnam High-quality Goods Enterprises conducted a meeting on preparation for the trip to Rungis Market (France) in the next June. According to the plan, during the trip, enterprises will have three days to introduce Vietnam organic and safe products at the market.

After France, the group will proceed the trip with the participation in ‘Week of Vietnam organic farm products in Switzerland’. Vu Kim Hanh, Chairwoman of Association of Vietnam High-quality Goods Enterprises, hoped those activities would open the door to European markets for Vietnam organic farm products.

Rungis International Market is located in a 234-ha area with 12,500 staff, serves 18 million French consumers.
 

In February 2018, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Association of Vietnam High-quality Goods Enterprises attended France’s Agricultural Fair and visited some EU countries.
