At the meeting with the Branch’s managers, Mr. Thao Xuan Sung, Chairman of VNFU directed: “The branch needs to re-organize its staff, officers, teachers. Especially, it needs to identify carefully the beneficiaries”.
Mr. Thao Xuan Sung recommended that, beside farmers, the Branch should provide training for chairpersons and vice chairpersons of communal FUs, branch managers of FU communal subdivisions, cooperatives’ directors, farmer members, householders, and so on.

Regarding taking advantages of locations, branch’s unused area of 3 ha, Mr. Thao Xuan Sung also guided that the Branch should make a detailed, effective, long-term land-use plan; develop a breeding and transfer center for high quality seedlings and animals for regional farmers.
“Care for farmers must not be taken by halves. The Branch must turn into a high-tech agricultural center so as to differentiate the vocational training provided by VNFU from the others”, Chairman Sung concluded.
