They will jointly develop, review, revise, and enhance a system of documents, articles, images, videos, and professional content for use on websites, the Vietnam Farmers Digital Platform, communication channels, and consulting activities associated with the Vinachem Agriculture Platform. This cooperation is expected to improve research and product development efficiency, strengthen production organization, and provide more effective support to farmers.
Building a Specialized Digital Ecosystem for Agriculture
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group, emphasized that science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation constitute the core pillars of the Group’s development strategy in the new phase. These are regarded as key drivers for achieving the double-digit growth targets assigned by the Party, the Government, and the Ministry of Finance.
As Vietnam's agriculture continues its transition toward greener, more sustainable, efficient, and environmentally responsible development, farmers increasingly require not only high-quality fertilizers at reasonable prices but also accurate information, technical guidance on fertilizer application, and cultivation solutions tailored to specific crops, soil conditions, seasons, and local circumstances. For key agricultural products, cultivation processes must be strictly standardized to meet international export requirements. Today, fertilizer products must be accompanied by technical advisory services, agricultural knowledge systems, and long-term commitments to supporting farmers.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu stressed that the launch of the Vinachem Agriculture Platform represents a strategic and necessary step forward. The platform will reinforce Vinachem’s role not only as a supplier of agricultural inputs but also as a trusted provider of comprehensive farming solutions and technical support for farmers.

The platform will continuously update product information, technical guidance, expert consultation content, knowledge-based video libraries, and specialized cultivation solutions tailored to key crop groups. Its primary objective is to make Vinachem fertilizer brands the preferred choice of farmers while providing practical solutions to enhance agricultural productivity, improve product quality, and increase production efficiency.
This online platform is the result of close cooperation and strong commitment among member units throughout the Vinachem system. It aims to accelerate digital transformation in line with Politburo Resolution No. 52 while promoting the development of a green and circular economy. To ensure effective operation, Vinachem has assembled a team of accompanying experts, including leading scientists in agriculture, crop production, and soil nutrition.
At the conference, Mr. Cao Anh Tuan, Deputy Minister of Finance, acknowledged and congratulated Vietnam National Chemical Group on the successful launch of the Vinachem Agriculture Platform. He highly appreciated the active participation and cooperation of the Vietnam Farmers’ Union, Vietnam National University of Agriculture, the National Agricultural Extension Center, scientists, experts, distributors, agents, and Vinachem member companies throughout the preparation and implementation of this meaningful initiative.
According to Deputy Minister Cao Anh Tuan, this initiative is fully aligned with Politburo Resolutions No. 57 and No. 79 on breakthrough development in digital technology, data utilization, and knowledge systems to better serve citizens and businesses. He also emphasized the pioneering role of state-owned enterprises in building a transparent, scientific, and safe fertilizer market, thereby contributing to the development of green agriculture and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese agricultural products.
Mr. Cao Anh Tuan, Deputy Minister of Finance, delivers a speech at the conference
The Deputy Minister of Finance urged Vietnam National Chemical Group to promptly finalize the implementation plan for the Vinachem Agriculture Platform for the 2026–2030 period, clearly defining development phases, priority crop groups, target markets, performance indicators, coordination mechanisms with partners, and the responsibilities of each participating unit.
At the same time, he emphasized that the development strategy for VinachemMart should shift from merely establishing a presence in the digital environment to mastering market data, optimizing supply chains, improving commercial efficiency, and expanding modern and diversified sales channels.
