Following the achievement gained in phase I (2014-2017), the Forest and Farm Facility Program phase II (FFF program) has been implemented by the Yen Bai Provincial Farmers' Union from 2019 to present. Through evaluation, after implementation, the FFF phase II program has also brought initial results, promoting farmer community groups to continue developing production under the forest canopy.
The main goal of the FFF Program is to build the capacity of organizations and farmers working in forests and farms; ethnic households, women, and youth develop sustainable forests and farms, reduce poverty, and adapt to climate change. From there, it contributes to enhancing product value, improving income and life for people who rely on forests.

Until now, her family has a total area of 80 hectares of planted forest, of which nearly 10 hectares are planted with large trees such as: Vu Huong, Doi, Lat, Acacia. To convert a large area of timber forestry, her family received great support from all levels of the Farmers' Union through the FFF II Program.
In recent years, in Tran Yen district, authorities at all levels, departments and organizations of the district have also focused on guiding and mobilizing farmers to promote the development of forest production to make the most of the benefits. the local topography and soil. In 2024, the district strives to plant 2,700 hectares of new forest with the main crop structure including: Cinnamon, Bat Do bamboo shoots, paper materials... helping to maintain a stable forest coverage rate of about 70%.
Accordingly, to properly implement the afforestation plan, authorities at all levels in the district have paid attention to directing agencies and units to actively coordinate with local authorities to conduct forest land planning to plant Bat Do bamboo varieties. In the first months of 2024, the district has prepared land funds, clearing vegetation and seedling sources; At the same time, the organization planted new forests to replace 1,200 hectares of forest, including 800 hectares of concentrated forests.

Receiving this practical support, his family will focus on organizing the planting and taking good care of the forest area. Thereby, contributing to converting crop structure, creating organic products with high economic value and protecting the living environment.
